ONE-TO-ONE BURNOUT COACHING PROGRAM

During 3 months, we will work on your burnout. Burnout coaching sessions are conducted in person or online in English, Italian, or Spanish.

In the introductory session, we will talk about the results you would like to achieve and how you want to feel.

During the call, I evaluate if my coaching program is what you need or if a different path is more appropriate for you. In case we decide to continue, we will focus on the area(s) that you want to work on, creating a plan and defining the next steps for the transformation you desire.
