We can say happiness is this or that, but in terms of life, when you are happy your energy is at the top. Depression on the other side means your life energies have become very low.
There are many ways to describe happiness but only those who are happy know what it means to be happy. You have been happy sometimes but the problem is you are not able to maintain it.
Everything you did in your life, education, career, business, family, whatever you did, everything was in pursuit of happiness, isn’t it?
Every human experience has a chemical basis to it. What you call as peace is one kind of chemistry, what you call happiness or joy in another kind of chemistry. Anxiety is another kind of chemistry. Basically we can say that happiness is a certain chemical mix.
All of us are made with the same ingredients but each person makes his own recipe out of it.
Your task is to learn how to create a chemistry of blissfulness. Then you no longer have to worry about being happy. Keep on watching the next videos and you will get tips on how to do it.
Think about a period in your life when you were really happy and try to discover why you were feeling so good.
1.What is working for me?
Take a moment for yourself and analyse what are the things that are working in your life. Not the things that are not working but the things that are going well. Make a list. Things that maybe you do not appreciate in the daily life but that you would miss if you wouldn’t have.
