LIFE COACH BRIGHTON
Are you based in Brighton and feeling confused, overwhelmed, or just not where you thought you’d be by now? I’m Daniela Russo, a certified NLP and Co-active life coach. I work with clients in Brighton fully online, and I’ve supported hundreds of people to get clearer on what they want, build real confidence, and actually follow through on it.
Sessions are in English, Spanish, and Italian. Most of my Brighton clients are professionals, creatives, or people at a turning point who are tired of going around in circles and want practical support to move forward.
My name is Daniela Russo. I am a Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming® (NLP), Co-active Coach and the published author of Confidence – Why Most People Get It Wrong.. After a successful career as a lawyer and more than 15 years working around the world in humanitarian aid organizations I decided to dedicate myself to the coaching business and help people in their quest of meaning. I use a combination of NLP techniques, tests, exercises and guided meditations. Over the past years, I have supported hundreds of people to find more clarity in their life and reconnect with themselves, increasing the sense of confidence and trust in their own abilities. I have worked with entrepreneurs, doctors, psychologists, coaches, teachers and people from different backgrounds.
Daniela has been a true game changer for me. Before working with her, I felt unhappy, disconnected, and had lost love for myself, even though everything in my life seemed perfect. Through her guidance, I gained clarity, awareness, and a deeper understanding of what was holding me back. Our journey was meaningful, insightful, and full of warmth, along with many good laughs. Today, I feel like the same person but with more enthusiasm, presence, and self love. I now enjoy my life, my relationships, and my work much more, with a healthy and genuine connection to myself.
Why Brighton people reach out to a life coach
Brighton attracts a particular kind of person. Freelancers, creatives, people who moved there deliberately for a different quality of life, internationals who landed and built something. It’s a city with a strong sense of independence and identity, which is exactly why the people there tend to take their personal growth seriously.
But choosing a good life doesn’t automatically mean living one. A lot of my Brighton clients describe the same thing: they made the right moves, they’re doing interesting work, they’re surrounded by good people, and something still feels off. They’re busy but not fulfilled. Capable but not confident. Moving but not forward. That gap is exactly what coaching is for.
What I work on as a life coach in Brighton
Coaching covers a lot of ground depending on what you’re dealing with. The areas I work on most:
My approach: NLP and Co-active coaching
NLP works on the unconscious thought patterns driving your behaviour. The overthinking, the self-criticism, the habit of saying yes when you mean no. It gives you concrete tools to interrupt those patterns and replace them with ones that actually help you.
Co-active coaching goes wider. It’s about who you are, what you value, and what you actually want from your life, not just what you’re trying to fix right now. Together the two approaches make sessions practical and personal at the same time.
Sessions are direct and structured. No vague conversations that go in circles. We identify what’s blocking you, work on it, and build a clear plan for what comes next.
What working with a life coach in Brighton can change
- Understand yourself on a deeper level and break the patterns that keep holding you back
- Build real, durable confidence, not just temporary motivation that fades after a week
- Make clearer decisions without second-guessing yourself into paralysis
- Overcome limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, and chronic overthinking
- Rediscover direction and a sense of meaning that feels genuinely yours
- Improve how you show up in relationships, at work and personally
Is this the right moment to work with a life coach in Brighton?
You might be in the right place if any of these sound familiar:
- You feel capable but privately disconnected from your own life
- You keep giving to others and feel depleted or unseen in return
- You know something needs to change but can’t quite name what it is
- You’re facing a big decision and keep going around in circles
- You’ve tried figuring it out alone and it’s not moving
- You want to stop just getting through the week and start building something that actually feels right
If you recognise yourself here, you don’t need more information. You need a conversation.

FAQ – life coach Brighton
What is the difference between NLP coaching and Co-active coaching?
NLP focuses on identifying and shifting the thought patterns and mental habits that create stuck behaviour. Co-active coaching is a broader, whole-person approach that explores values, identity, and purpose. I use both, depending on what you need.
I’m based in Brighton. Can you coach me in English?
Yes. All sessions with Brighton clients are in English. I also coach in Spanish and Italian, so if English isn’t your first language, that’s not a problem either.
Do you offer in-person sessions in Brighton?
No, sessions with Brighton clients are fully online via Zoom.
How is life coaching different from therapy or counselling?
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We don’t analyse the past at length. We clarify where you want to go, identify what’s in the way, and build a practical plan to get there. If you’re dealing with trauma or a clinical condition, I’ll be straight with you about whether therapy might be a better first step.
How long does a coaching trajectory last?
Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months, with bi-weekly sessions. We start with a free intake call, just an honest conversation about your situation and what kind of support makes sense. No commitment needed at that stage.
What does life coaching in Brighton cost?
Coaching packages start at €599. Because sessions are online and I’m based in the Netherlands, my pricing is significantly more competitive than most Brighton or London-based coaches, without any compromise on depth or experience.
How do I get started?
Book a free intake call. It’s not a sales call, it’s a straightforward conversation about where you are and whether this is the right fit. You decide after that, no pressure.
