Option 1. VALUES
Are you ready to explore who you are?
The focus of the session will be on one of the key to Happiness: VALUES!
Honouring our values is the only way we can feel fulfilled, even when it is hard. Imagine you could do what brings you the greatest joy or deepest satisfaction: be with the people you love, use your natural talents, exploit your gifts to the fullest. That would be a picture of a person living according to what s/he values the most. This inspiring session will help you bring clarity into your values and create a map along your life.
I will guide you to discover what is really important to you through talks, exercises and a guided meditation.
As a result you will walk away knowing more of who you really are and in full alignment with your soul.
Option 2. CLARITY
The focus of the session will be on another key to Happiness: CLARITY!
Clarity means to get you focused on the direction you want to point your life and why you want what you want. In this busy world where you have too much, you have opportunity overload. You can go down so many different paths, but really there’s only a few things in your life that really move the needle towards where you really want to go, not when you’re being guided by so many outside forces. This inspiring session will help you set the intention and get laser focused where you want to go and why, especially in a world where you’re always looking where you don’t want to go.
Option 3. Patterns (Metaprograms)
Patterns (Metaprograms) are mental shortcuts that direct your decisions, behaviors, actions and interactions with others. They are like software applications for the brain where one software program controls the execution of a number of other programs. The software runs in the background and directs your thoughts, beliefs, values, memories, and responses. In this session we will explore the most common mental programs.
Internal/external reference: do you make decisions based on personal feelings and opinions or are you seeking external answers and approval from others?
Match/Mismatch: do you base your decisions on the similarities you see in others, in circumstances, and in life or you find faults in things, in circumstances, and in others?
Action/Reaction: Do you take action before thinking about things or you must think and reflect upon what you are about to do before taking action?
Necessity/Possibility: Are you a person who settles for what life gives you or you rather go for what you really want in life?
Self/Others: Do you make decisions based on your own personal interests or are you focused more on the needs of other people?
Discover which software programs are running your life and how to change them if they don’ t serve you.
Option 4. Emotions (1 emotion * workshop)
Loneliness: When we feel apart or separate from others we feel alone. We need intimate bonds. We need to be able to confide, we need to feel like we belong, we need to be able to get and give support. How do we overcome the feeling of loneliness? Let’s explore some possibilities in this workshop.
Sadness: Everyone experiences sadness at some point in their lives. Studies have shown that sadness lasts longer than many other emotions because we tend to spend more time thinking about it. Ruminating, or going over our sad thoughts and feelings again and again can lead to depression. There are several things we can do to help ourselves through the hard times. We will discuss it together.
Fear & Anxiety: Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. It has a very strong effect on your mind and body. Anxiety has usually to do with the thought of something going wrong in the future, rather than right now. Fear and anxiety can last for a short time and then pass, but they can also last much longer and you can get stuck with them. In some cases they can take over your life, affecting your ability to eat, sleep, concentrate, travel, or enjoy life. This can hold you back from doing things you want or need to do, and it also affects your health. Let’s delve into solutions and new perspectives.
Disappointment: As an emotion, researchers describe disappointment as an uncomfortable space (or a painful gap) between our expectations and reality. Major disappointments can define people’s lives. Constructively dealing with disappointment can be a self-curative process that can contribute to personal growth and make for greater resilience.
Option 5: Parents working from home with children. How to cope with stress
Many working parents are facing an unprecedented situation: working from home with kids and without access to camps and activities. If you’re working from home with children, it can be difficult to find balance and feel productive. How to not overstretch yourself and take care of your own mental wellbeing? How to manage the impossible? We will explore various tools of relaxation that will help you manage the stress.
Option 6: Self-confidence
Does it sometimes seem like everyone around you is confident and sure of themselves? Chances are, they have doubts just like you. Being confident is nothing more than a belief in yourself. It’s the feeling of certainty that you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. Confidence is about trusting that no matter what happens in a particular situation, you’ll be able to handle it and learn from the outcome. Confidence comes from within, and you can find ways to be more confident at any time.
Join this session and become aware of the barriers you’re placing in front of yourself and why. You’ll learn how to build new attitudes and beliefs to gain a more empowering mindset.
Option 7: Beliefs
Everything in our life is controlled by beliefs and values. Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy.
We all have “If-then” beliefs, like: “If I work hard, I will succeed”.
And “Global” beliefs, like: “People are good/bad”. Global beliefs are about people, about yourself, about scarsity and abundance.
Are your beliefs empowering you or disempowering you?
Join this session and discover how to transform your disempowering beliefs, reinforce your empowering beliefs and eliminate inner conflicts.
